- Any order placed that does not comply with your states magazine capacity laws will be cancelled!
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping labels are automatically created once inventory is allocated for order and marked shipped.
Shipping restrictions by state:
- California: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 10 rounds to anyone in California or anyone using a billing address in the state of California.
- Colorado: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 15 rounds to anyone in Colorado or anyone using a billing address in the state of Colorado.
- Hawaii: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines to anyone in Hawaii or anyone using a billing address in the state of Hawaii.
- Maryland: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 20 rounds to anyone in Maryland or anyone using a billing address in the state of Maryland. Due to recent legislation passed in the state of Maryland, we will not be shipping any magazine over 10 round capacity effective September 1, 2013. Orders placed before this date will be filled. This only pertains to quantity on hand, and any magazine that is out of stock will not be shipped.
- Massachusetts: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 10 rounds to anyone in Massachusetts or anyone using a billing address in the state of Massachusetts.
- New Jersey: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 15 rounds to anyone in New Jersey or anyone using a billing address in the state of New Jersey.
- New York: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines to anyone in New York or anyone using a billing address in the state of New York.
If your order does not comply with the magazine capacity restrictions in your area, your order will be cancelled and your card refunded.
